About Death Notices to the Congregation

When a member of Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church dies, we inform our congregation through email so that prayers and expressions of love may be offered to family and friends. We never send a death notice until the immediate family (or appropriate person) has given permission. There can be many reasons a family may want the notice delayed, so we appreciate your understanding. Due to privacy concerns, we do not generally send death notices for non-members unless specifically requested to do so. Our prayer chain may also receive additional information. We are grateful for the lives of those in our community and their testimony to the love of Jesus Christ.
